The knocking /rattling noise happens from start up, when idle and when I accelerate. It was not that loud at first but it has started to get louder. I noticed it about a month and half ago after an oil change.

Masteris the oil full and what grade did they use?

My Sharona, April 17, 2012, 07:34RookieThe oil is full now, I checked it yesterday and there was barely no oil. They used Valvoline 5W-30, I put in about 3 qts. of Pennzoil 10W-30.

My Sharona, April 17, 2012, 14:17ReplyRookieThank you for your responses, I appreciate the feedback. The oil light never came on and there was still oil pressure. It will be a few weeks before I can get it to a garage. Will I be causing further damage by driving it, please forgive me as I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles.
