What CONTROLs A/C-Htr air direction between Defrost/Floor/Cab, elect valves??? on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500

A/C-Htr air vents ONLY blow straight into cab regardless of control switch setting; will NOT blow UP (Defrost) nor DWN (Floor) directions at all!

BIG THX, globalhelper, good to know info! Bottomline - I reckon they will have to rip out the dash to get to the root of the problem.
