    I am not sure. But here is what I found online: VCT Solenoid Valve circuit Short or Open. I think that has to do with the ignition or something with the transmission. You better get that checked out with your dealership or mechanic to see if that code comes up again on a FULL Check Engine Diagnostic test. If it does come up, then they will repair it, but it will cost you some money.
