Wear in the suspension and or steering bushings or anything bent in the steering or suspension can cause this and should be evident in the presence of unusual tire wear. Have the suspension, steering, wheel bearings checked as this condition may be dangerous. After getting the worn or damaged parts are replaced have the steering aligned.
