Both my interior driver & pax side power lock switches & keyless remote allow me to lock and unlock the pax side power locks, BUT do not trigger the driver side power locks to work...what is the component no longer working?

If all of the lock actuators are working except for the drivers door, then the problem is inside the drivers door and is most likely to be that actuator or the latch assembly has failed.

It is the Driver's door and the driver side rear pax door. I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500HD SLT 2WD Quad Cab...so both of the doors on the Left side (ala the Drivers side doors = 2) do not respond to either side internal electrical door lock switches (whereas) the Right side doors (ala the PAX side doors = 2) DO respond to either side internal electrical door lock switches. Additionally, the keyless remote does not trigger any response on the left side doors (2) but does (lock and unlock) on the right side doors (2). I have to manually unlock/lock the Drivers door old school with an actual key from the outside or by pushing the door lock knob down/pulling it up. The driver side rear pax door does not have external key access and can only be locked/unlocked manually from inside the vehicle.

I was thinking it could be the actuators for both doors but the problem occurred on the same side approx near the same time the best I can surmise which made me scratch my head and question if there might be something else malfunctioning. Any idea on how much the lock actuator part runs?

Thanx for taking the time to answer!!
