If it happens with suspension rise it could be suspension strut, ball joint, or sway bar bushing related. With brake applied get a friend to press up and down on the front fender of the car and see if you can identify which side of the car it is coming from. After that try spraying say a silicon spray lubricant at the sway bar bushings ball joint ect.... and see at which component you spray as your friend presses up and down on the car makes the noise go away.
