2004 Dodge Durango Question: what cause the bumping noise when the brakes are applied/

 Rookie

when i press down on the brakes, it causes a bumping noise in what appear to be in the front wheel passenger side.

    Get it checked out it may be the pads moving in the brake caliper, worn caliper guide pins or a sign of something worn in the suspension.Get it checked out but makes sure the mechanic goes for a ride with you so you can point out the noise.
