Question: what can i do to fix the resistance in my brakes to brake better?hard to stop

when i step on the brake sometimes the brake pedal will push back against my foot. then when it releases it makes a sound like a mooing cow or spinning gear?

    Sounds like you may have a potential problem with your abs system ,is your ABS light showing on dash?

    No the ABS light dose not come on and no the light is not burnt out?

    Have ABS system scanned to find out which wheel speed sensor is dropping out.
