Question: What can cause rear wheel to lock up on driver side in the cold?

My wheel on the driver's side locks up temporarily and I skid to a stop until I drive for a while and it warms up.

    Not so much the cold but the humidity.Common problem on Gm. J & L body cars!! Only LONG TERM FIX is to replace all brake componets on rear inclu. drums.
    I know what it is going to take!!!!!! However 91 year mod. may be able to patch the problem for a while by cleaning brakes. After you use the brakes once or twice it will dry the moisture and will be ok until it is parked again for a while.

    (No it don't have to be a leaking wheel cyl. It is a desigh flaw.)
