I have like a rotating vibration.

    Squeaking or clunk noise while driving could be an indication. "Rotating" vibration sounds more like a tire out of balance or tread separation causing a lump in the tire tread. Generally, I'd put the car on a lift to check the ball joints for looseness or rusty deposits and check the tires as well.
