If the issue is just pulling one way or the other and no heavy vibration, your alignment needs done. A simple realignment could fix the problem, but need more info. Do the tires show excessive wear on one side of the tire but not the other? Your struts could be completely worn out as well. Tie rods and ball joints wearing out can make the car pull one way or the other but, you usually have vibration in the steering wheel as well.

Has new rack and tie rod ends, it drives straight then it will wanna go its own way? Not a constant pull but wheel get to a point then it gives in to a pull

On a car that old,could be anything.All of the parts mentioned already,plus lower control arm bushings.
