    Where can I start! I love this shop, and I never thought I'd say this about an auto repair place. About five years ago a neighbor referred me to them. I waited and waited and finally gave them a try two years ago. Since then, I have been totally satisfied with this shop. Why? I've obviously been elsewhere, from dealerships to other independents. Nowhere else have I found such all-around professionalism. They make me and my wife feel welcome and cared for. Their prices have been very reasonable for the work done. They shuttle us to home or nearby to work if needed, too. I've had regular maintenance done there, as well as more involved repairs on rare occasions that our Hondas and Acrua have needed more, always with complete satisfaction. It's the people PLUS the competency that keeps me and my family going back there. I'm finished trying other shops and happily recommend Westlake Independent Honda and Acura Service to all. In fact, we've even bought three cars from them. I have also recommended them to others, which is always risky. Now, at least three of our friends take their Hondas and Acuras there for service without a single grips. More important, they have praised the shop, too, so I know this is a terrific find. I also found that their technicians have been around for quite a long time at the same shop, and this tells me more about them doing a great job, keeping employees happy for more than 10 years in many cases. Give them a try and they will become your trusted repair shop for Hondas and Acuras, too. I am glad I found a shop I can completely trust with our auto repairs. I wish I had listened sooner to the great advice given me that suggested them in the first place.
