  This shop is the worst repair shop ever. I sent in my car in mid october and they promised me that I will get my car back by late November. Didnt happened. Instead I was told that there will be $2500 extra charge for broken parts that they did not notice when they first checked my car. They ordered the parts without my consent so I had to pay for it. Then in December they blamed the bad weather and failed to give me back my car. Last week they finally called me and said the car is fixed but there is $1200 extra charge. I went over and asked for an estimate, which I didnt get at the beginning of the incident. They refused to give it to me but kept asking me to sign a $7500 invoice instead. A teenager who works there threatened to keep my car in pocession if I dont pay them. I was yelled at and ignored many times. Terrible experience. I am now contacting the General Attorney of WA for a complaint. Contact me if you have similar experience. This place is a rip off. They act nice to you and once they get your money they totally ignore you. DONT GO THERE
