    I took my truck to West Sound Automotive to have a transmission leak repaired. They worked on it 4 times. Why couldn't they repair it correctly the first time? They are not competant. They misdiagnosed it and it finally had to be rebuilt. I just kept writing checks, and they gladly took them. I took them to court because of their poor work and won a judgment. But, the owner says he's not going to pay. They won't accept responsibility for their own mistakes; and they won't honor a judgment. They got to explain their side in court ... and lost. Dont make the same mistake I did. Don't go there and HOPE your vehicle gets fixed. I tried to talk with the owner, but he is non-negotiable. Who really wants to spend time and money arguing in court? Nobody. Just don't go there and you'll avoid one problematic business.
