  They're just extremely friendly and very courteous. They really explain the situation and work with the customers - what they can do and what they can't do. Like, some customers can't afford too much so they do just enough. They work with the customer to satisfy their needs.

  The guy was not very conscious of my paint. He didn't open the garage door very high and then he opened my truck door and it was rubbing on the paint on the bottom of the garage door. So I wasn't happy about that. The rest of the stuff was great, but the mechanic was disrespectful of the vehicle a little bit. My vehicle is in perfect shape and he let it rub against the door - I wasn't happy with that.

  They weren't able to repair my car. They did not have the equipment to repair my car. Apart from that, the experience was good. They had a pleasant and professional staff. They were friendly, polite, and clean.

  They just seemed expensive. Let me put it this way, I wasn't thrilled. I've got 8 cars, so I have a couple of shops I use. They just happened to be the transmission shop that was closest, but I don't know if I'd use them again. I have no real reason. From a perspective of feeling and the people there, it just seemed a little overpriced and they seemed arrogant. They thought they knew everything, but couldn't find the problem with my car. My car got stranded, so I feel pretty bad about the whole experience. They did not fix the car when I asked them to, they sent me home and I told them I wasn't ready for it - I didn't think the car was ready. They told me it was good enough as is and then the car broke down and I had to send it back to them to be fixed at no charge.
