    I have been doing business at this repair shop for years. Not only are the staff professional, they have great carside manner also. Their work is usually right on time and they go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied. They have driven my wife and I back to our home when we couldn't get transportation to drop off the car. Another good perk of West End is that the Parkland Restaurant and Tsangs Chinese restaurant are next door. This affords someone dropping off the car to just walk over, eat and by the time breakfast or lunch is over, the car is done also!

    I have known Bob for years. He runs an honest shop, you will get what your car needs and not be sold on useless work that it doesn't. Sure the place is a bit of a mess at times, but the work is good and the prices are fair. I have sent many of my friends and family there. You would really think I should get a discount by now.
