There always seemed to be a communication issue with Wentworth Automotive: e.g. I get a call on Wednesday apologizing for not calling me on Tuesday with an update, they also say they'll begin work soon. Thursday at noon I call for an update and nothing has been done on the vehicle at all, even though I'm hoping to get it back by the end of the day ... and they can't say for sure if it will be ready. Thursday at 5 p.m. they call to tell me I can pick it up, but that it still needs at least $400 worth of work (to fix things aren't even technically broken) which is not really something I'm considering on a 23 yr old vehicle that maybe is worth $1500 at best. I spend $25 and 3 hours of my time replacing the brake pads myself. This example is not a one-time experience.

I want to apologize for your experience,we are working very hard to be sure this type of thing does not happen. I have implemented procedures so we are in better contact with our customers. Thank you for your input we are constantly trying to improve our service.

Justin and his team knows that I just put gas in my truck and go. Anytime I take my truck in for service, the Wentworth team always checks the stuff I don't think of and then recommends the appropriate service without pressuring me to do that service that same day. If I elect to put the service off, Justin is always good about giving me a time line in which to have the recommended service completed.

The service at Wentowrth is great. I have recommended many folks to them. They are friendly and professional and the thing I like most is that you can trust them. They don't suggest a bunch of repairs that are not needed, but they do give you a "heads up" of things that are coming due for repair.
