There always seemed to be a communication issue with Wentworth Automotive: e.g. I get a call on Wednesday apologizing for not calling me on Tuesday with an update, they also say they'll begin work soon. Thursday at noon I call for an update and nothing has been done on the vehicle at all, even though I'm hoping to get it back by the end of the day ... and they can't say for sure if it will be ready. Thursday at 5 p.m. they call to tell me I can pick it up, but that it still needs at least $400 worth of work (to fix things aren't even technically broken) which is not really something I'm considering on a 23 yr old vehicle that maybe is worth $1500 at best. I spend $25 and 3 hours of my time replacing the brake pads myself. This example is not a one-time experience.
