1997 Chevrolet Blazer

Question: Well i have a 1997 blazer and when i went to start it this morning.

It ran and then shut off. Now it's turning over but not starting and i really don't think it has anything to with my fuel pump please help

    you need compression, spark and fuel, one of them is missing and needs to be checked. the fuel pump is the most common failure. have a shop check it and confirm.

    Car won't start it just turns over but it doesn't stay running so i can't move it because it won't start it ran a like a few mins this morning and then just shut off...Thought it was the battery went and bought a new one and that wasn't the issue.

    When you cycle the key do you here the fuel pump? you might try hitting the fuel tank while a friend trys to start. If it runs you will need a fuel pump.
