Only complaint was the air filter was not put back in when I said I'd put it in myself to save money for other repairs, but it was resolved very quickly and definitely appreciated. I think the prices are starting to go a little higher than some other places around but the service is still great overall. Love the text review of the inspection the pictures. Great idea.

I was called and informed that the price to replace my spark plugs was $517 AFTER discount. As someone with a family member as a mechanic I knew that I was being taken advantage of. When I came to pick up my car I was told I was being charged $129.95 for a check engine light. When I asked what was found with the engine check, they actually told me they couldn't run one. If I hadn't asked I was going to be charged $129.95!
The shop is world class as far as service is concerned. Nice, helpful, great and most of all honest people. We need honest people in this industry. Will highly recommend!!

Tried to get $1700 out of me to replace everything instead of letting me know I could just put a $40 A/C bypass pully/belt in. Told me my Serpentine belt was 'pretty chewed up', it was in perfect condition. When called and asked why I wasn't told it was possible to just bypass A/C to stop my compressor clutch from locking up they said they 'don't bypass anything' and only go by 'factory recommendation' a.k.a: they don't tell you every way to fix the problem. Especially if you can fix it the $2000 way I'm guessing. Over all I would never go here again. A mechanics job is to fix things. Replacing literally everything is only one way to fix something and if it's the only way these guys can think to fix things I'm not interested. Also if it's your job to fix things and you only know one way to do it I'd say you aren't that great at it.
I feel I was misinformed about an alignment. At first i was told one was done then i was told it wasn't done and i needed to pay for a full alignment again.
I bring my 2 vehicles to that shop. They are honest and explain everything about the repairs needed immediately and if it will need future repairs.
Work was done faster than promised. Very happy with the work and customer service.
The staff are very professional and the owner ensures top quality service.
Andreas was great following up with me. I also liked speaking to the nice girl in the front. It makes going into an auto shop less intimidating for girls and she was really helpful getting me in and out when I needed to get my oil change done on short notice.

I needed a sensor and the first one they installed was bad (not shops fault) but before any work done they had to do a diagnostic for $124 and I did have the repairs done there. I felt like they should have taken some off the diagnostic fee. It was also the first time I had my car there so maybe going forward I will get a little discount if I pay for the diagnostic.

This shop is wonderful. They explain the issue, advise you of options, and perform the work in a timely manner. They were out of loaner cars when I was there, but they offer free shuttle service. The owner himself took the time to drive me home. Great customer service.
Estimates were a bummer when they were adjusted nearly twice as much, but that wasn't We-Fix-It's issue; parts were the issue. There didn't seem to be a break in the cost even after delayed fix. Still, good guys and good service.

The service was great, and the repair was done in a timely manner. The only negative thing was it was quite a bit more pricey than expected, and the repair was more than what my research told me it should have cost.
I needed a window regulator replaced. They did a great job in a timely manner and the work comes with a pretty substantial warranty. Overall a pretty great experience.
This was my 3rd visit to the shop. Overall I think this shop is okay, and I can tell they care about the customer experience. However, I was told my car would be ready by a certain time and when I (left work early) and showed up, it wasn't ready. I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes, nearly an hour, when I could have been working. I think this was probably due to disorganization or making unrealistic promises more than not caring about the customer, but still. Pretty disappointing.
They tell you exactly what is needed and they are fair with their price.

My most recent service from Andreas was my third time there. I'll go back. I've referred 3 friends. All happy. They have a very good deal on oil changes. The mechanics do not play air guitar. My first time, he replaced my alternator. Also, he found the problem that caused the alt to fail. The dealership where it was first replaced (company car then) charged More. A lot more. Like a weekend in a nice hotel more.
Oil change was well done and my car was washed for free without me asking for it.
