  I've been there many a time. I had a Cadillac, and when that came in there you automatically see dollar signs. They didn't over charge me, they just reset the computer. They did that for my Ford pickup too. Rather than charging me some huge fee, they just reset the computer, replace the chip, whatever needed to be done.

  Had my car towed in with undetermined illness. Wayne's tried all the 'usual' diagnostics and determined that I got a tank full of ethanol. They were instrumental in getting my repair charges reimbursed by the station. Great guys! Fair price for a trusted service!

  They are very friendly people. The guy who repaired my diesel was very, very friendly. I did like him. My fuel mileage was 20 to 22. Now its 17. I'm dissatisfied with that. I'm going to make an appointment to have them check it, and see if they can fix that.

  Maybe a better price break down on what everything costs. They added some oil additives to my engine. It was only 15 or 20 bucks extra, but they didn't tell me beforehand. When I picked up the car, they told me they had done that, but I wish they had asked me first. Before they do the work, give a quote on the price, and then stick to that quote.

  They do a very good job. I'm happy with them. I've been working with them for 9 years. They have been very fair with me. Everything they have fixed has worked fine. I've trusted a lot of miles with them. They seem to be very pleasant people to do business with.

  I've been to several different repair shops around town. I've been in this area since 1993. Wayne's is the best I have found. For all the reasons that I gave high scores. Fair price, professional, trustworthy. They have earned my confidence as a consumer, as a customer. I am confident that what they advise me to do is what's needed. When I don't need something, they don't do it. They'll say that this will last for a bit, but you need to think about doing something with it soon.
