  Super customer service attitude, fantastic repair. Quick, fast and very accommodating on extremely short notice!

  Traveling from Richmond, VA to Pittsburgh on Saturday January 8, 2011 I developed significant engine problems. Parked the car, contacted Waterloo via email over the weekend.

  Took the car in Mon. January 10. Already had the email on the service desk at 8am Monday. Fixed the car by early afternoon.

  Super customer service, fast quality work with a very fair and reasonable price !!!

  I would go back regularly but I live 100+ miles away.

  I have been taking my car to Waterloo Motors since 1984 when I lived in Warrenton. I am so satisfied with Waterloo that I drive 68 miles round trip for Dan and his staff to take care of my car. Thanks, Mary Alice
