Water Pump? on 2004 Chrysler Town & Country

The is coolant leaking from the water pump pulley and my engine light is on. Could it be anything other than the water pump?

Probably not. the water pump is common on these vehicles.

The water pump is definately leaking but may not be the cause of your check engine light unless you have overheated the car. If not fill up the radiator & see if it goes out. Then take of the battery cables & hold them together for 30 seconds. This will turn off the light. Run the car & see if the light turns back on.

changs water pump...buy chilton and have a little time..a novice can do it but you need patients.i did it in two days.dont feel overwhelmed.label all nuts and bolts.
