Would help with more info, but I will try to give the best insight I can. A coolant leak is usually from the water pump, you need to get under the vehicle and take a look to see where the coolant is originating from. Do this with the vehicle cold and motor off when inspecting. Mercedes coolant is either blue or yellow, so look for the coolant trails. You may find that the leak is actually at the top of the motor, there are hose clamps, thermostat housing or radiator. If you have access to a pressure tester it will definitely help locate the leak. Pressurizing the system to about 12 psi should make the coolant flow out of the leaking area at a decent rate. You may need small mirror to help you visually zero in on the actual spot of the leak. You want to verify it by actually touching the leaking flow of coolant. It is very easy misdiagnose leaks if you do not get right on the spot. Good luck.
