I purchased a 2007 Ford Taurus in January of 2009. After the first rain storm we had there was a large puddle of water on the (front) passenger side. It appeared to be coming from under the glove box. After the fourth time taking it to the Ford Dealer's garage, they found a screw missing from the lower cowl section. The total cost of the visits $603.00. It seems to me that the manufacturer should have been responsible to pay for this 'defect'. It isn't something that is considered normal wear and tear. How do I contact the Ford Customer Representative in Michigan?
