water in headlight on 2005 Toyota Highlander
It apears there is TSB's on a RX330 Lexus concerning headlamp condensation, but not on a Toyota. You can drill a 1/4 hole at the bottom of the headlamp assy.

It is not normal in any circumstances for water to be present in the inside of the head light.Water inside the headlight may cause premature headlight bulb failure.
