I brought my car in for them to repair/replace the visor on the driver's side and the glovebox. It took them a while for them to get to my car, maybe 3 or 4 hours or so after I brought it in the morning; however it was a Saturday. I also told them to do a safety inspection (which is $35) and they said I need rear brake pads and rotors. Since they had to order parts I brought my car back in Wednesday.
In the meantime, I casually showed my friend how much I was spending on getting my car fixed and he was pretty shocked at how much it was to fix the brake pads/rotors (labor $120) and he said his neighbor can fix it for much cheaper ($40). Also those parts were a bit pricier than usual (their quote is $125 and my friend got all the parts at autozone for about $87). So I just had W&L auto service replace my glove box and visor along with an oil change.
Once I brought my car for my friend's neighbor to replace the brake pads/rotors, they said who ever did repair on my car did not tighten the screws on my tires. About 4/5 screws on one of the rear tires were loose and about 3-4 screws on another tire were lose. They said I was lucky I made it all the way to Parma without any incident. I'm permanently leaving the Cleveland area but if was I was staying here I would go somewhere else b/c I can't trust them with my life.
Otherwise they were pretty nice and they gave me a ride to work that Wed and picked me up.
