Question: Was there a steering column recall

Rookie

I was told that the steering column, the struts, tires, and a few other items need to be replaced in this car shortly after the warranty expired. In doing some research, it looks like the steering column in the 2004 FX45 was recalled. Is this true? And if it is true can you give me any information about the recall?

It's hard to believe any of these items need to be replaced except the tires. I don't see anything about a recall but you should call your dealer and they will provide this information for you.
What problem are you having that all of this work is "needed"?
