The brake light switch at the brake pedal may have failed. Check the 20 Amp fuse in the fuse box marked STOP, check for power at the green wire at he brake light switch, blue yellow wire at switch should have power when the pedal is depressed or else the switch is bad. See if blue yellow wire has power at the bulbs in the back when pedal is pressed if it does check the bulb holders and bulbs.
