Wagenwerx, Inc.
Wagenwerx is an excellent automotive repair shop for several reasons: First, the shop's owner and head mechanic, Howard, is very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and honest; and it is a pleasure doing business with him. Next, the shop will work on any type of car (I take my wife's Acura MDX there too); but as the name implies, Wagenwerx specializes in Volkswagens, which saves me the hassle of having to trek to an authorized dealership where my interaction is typically with the repair manager and not the actual mechanic who will be working on my car or who has just finished working on my car - it's nice to be able to ask a few questions before the work begins and after it has been completed. Finally, Wagenwerx is conveniently located in Wyndmoor, PA, which is easily accessible via major roads, etc.
