Question: vsa modular control unit fault

2009 honda accord blinking on drive d permanently even when disengaged from drive to another gear.
pls what do i do?
i try to scan the car with a result indicating vsa modular control unit faulty.
am i rest sure changing this unit will solve the problem?

    no, a code pull never identifies a failed part, just a failed system. thats why you need a real diag from a shop to pin point the problem. very expensive guess and if it is correct and you do not find the reason it failed, the new one may fail too and there is no warranty on electrical parts.
