  The Dodge dealer is out of their minds. They wanted $1200 for a 60000 mile service. A friend of mine told me about VR Concepts. Wow. That's all I can say. Peter, who runs the shop is the nicest guy. He told me in easy to understand language, what I really needed and what the dealer was trying to "sell" me. The service ended up costing me $500 and I couldn't be happier. I will be taking my Mercedes and Honda to him as well.

  I have been getting ripped off by the Lexus dealer for years. I was tired of the constant hard sell. I found VR Concepts on an internet search. Wow. That's all I can say. I truly believe this is the first "honest" mechanic I have ever met. When I say mechanic, that would be an insult to Peter's intelligence. He is an Auto Technician bar none. A master of his craft, although he has many talents other than automobiles. I recently moved to NY State and I still drive over an hour to see him. I get my oil changes done locally, but I will not let anyone else touch my cars for any other repairs except VR Concepts. I would rather rent a car for a day and have Peter fix it right.

  I can't say enough about Peter. Everything he does is in the customer's best interest. He tells you exactly what you need, nothing extra. I TRUST HIM and I can't say that about any other place I have encountered. I personally drive 45 minutes just to get to him because I know he is the best. I will continue to bring my cars there, whatever make or model, because I know I can trust him with my car and my money. Incredible guy!

  I got an estimate from Honda for my front brake service. They wanted $800. A friend of mine told me about VR Concepts. Peter did the same job for $300 and this guy is smart. I talked to him for over an hour about a whole range of topics, then I find out he has 3 college degrees, who knew? My wife saw him the next day and came home with a bill for $400 after Acura said she needed a $3200 Transmission. The transmission works perfect. What else can I say, I trust him. I owe my friend a free steak dinner for telling me about him.

  Peter is an excellent mechanic. I have been working with him for over a year. he is extremly knowledgable,conservative and detail oriented. I will not take my car to anyone else at this piont in time. Recently he fixed our Saturn as well and then called me to make sure I was pleased with the repair. We now have a subaru as well and I will intrust this car to him as well.

  I can't say enough about Peter and VR Concepts. He dosen't claim to be the cheapest, but he is cheaper than the dealer. However, this guy knows his stuff. I was at BMW 3 times and they couldn't get my check engine light out. He got it fixed the first time. Worth every penny I paid. He and his company bent over backwards to make me happy and I'm very happy.

  Drove me Home.
  Free Estimate.
  Alot cheaper than Lexus, with a warranty of their work.
  My car never ran so good. I'm happy.

  My car was a mess. BMW wanted $1800 to do a 4 wheel brake job. VR Concepts did the same job, with Factory parts for $1100. The dealer also said I needed about another $2000 dollars worth of repairs. Peter looked at their "list" and said they were selling me work that was either not needed now or not needed at all. All my friends will be going to his shop. Trust is always an issue with auto repair shops, but I trust VR Concepts to do the right thing.

  I can't say enough good things about Peter or VR Concepts. Cheaper than the dealer by a mile. The estimate was only $10 off and it was cheaper than he originally quoted me. Very knowledgeable with all three Saturn models I own and I suspect most other makes of cars. He really broke down the description of my cars problems into laymen terms so I knew what he was talking about. Tell your friends, VR Concepts Rocks.

  Honda wanted $700 for a 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance. VR Concepts did the same work for $325 and I believe they knew more about my car than the Dealer. Very technologically savvy.
  They'll be doing my Acura next.
