Summary:
The driver's seat side cover panel may come loose in the event of a side impact, causing the driver's seat belt not to restrain the driver as designed. Failure to properly restrain the driver would increase the driver's risk of injury in the event of a crash. Dealers will modify the inside of the driver's seat side cover panel to correct this issue. The recall is expected to begin by December 22, 2009.
