  I actually had a very good experience with both the sales as well as the service staff. There is a myth that servicing a VW is expensive. It is not. At least not on my car and I am comparing the costs with my friends' Toyotas and Nissans. I regularly get coupons from them, reminders about service schedules, free state inspection stickers, ride to and from work when I leave my car at the dealership and so on. I even bought some parts there (cabin air filter and windshield wipers) and they were very cheap. I don't know why would anybody not be satisfied with this dealership. All I can say is that it does help to be polite with the staff and if you do a little research on other VW dealerships you will realize that you are paying at the low end of the service charges range.

  I totally agree with VWowner. I only wish I knew of another business that works on VW's. I also wish I could give half stars...they don't even deserve a full star. Work is terrible and the cost is outrageous. Please don't purchase a car from this dealer.

  Wow, where do I begin? Nothing should be this hard nothing. Poor everything, every category you can think of. Will not buy another car from this dealership- ever. Please think twice.
