    Very friendly service consultants especially and very knowledgable. The guy I dealt with was Nick best advisor around he knew all about VW's. The shop always fixes my car correct the first-- thanks Gurnee Volkswagen. I recommend the shop to all my friends- that own a VW and ones that don't. So if you want A+++ service come on down to Gurnee Volkswagen.
