The light is near the floor right side. Small light, maybe 2"x2.5". Battery drained, is this light supposed to be off, if so, how do I do it?

Water pump appear to be leaking.( See antifreeze on the ground under water pump side of engine) Also, do I need to remove the timing belt in order to replace the water pump?
It sounds like the fan is on high speed too.I disconnected the thermo switch in the radiator no change.
i have problems with lights

I drove my 93 Eurovan to work and now it won't start. I checked all the fuses and they are okay. I have power to the coil and to the distributor, but I am getting no spark from the coil.
Key fails to turn past the point to start the engine (the point where the key is pressing on the spring in the key cylinder) ,and the dash warning lights fail to come on . Head lights burn fine, radio, fan, etc work ...
it has a 2.5 engine standard trans and the coolant light flashes. the coolant is ok, and i have replaced the resovior. where should i go next? anyone know? and do i have to worry about my reverse gear going up? help!
