    They overcharge for everything (as do most dealers, I guess). Tried to sell me a new ABS control module for $2000 or a rebuilt one for $1500. I subsequently found out that I could have mine rebuilt by a shop in Idaho for $160 WITH a warranty.
    Customer service is just okay. It'd difficult to get same-day appointments.
