Will a leaking header exhaust gasket make the car run bad?

  Yes, the exhaust leak can cause erratic readings from the oxygen sensors and cause all kinds of driveability issues.

  Thank you,i will be taking it to a Viper tech wednesday to have gaskets replaced,new tires,lower gears etc...also o2 sensor..so maybe this will help.
