My car has just come out of the repair shop but now I am feeling a strong vibration with a loud noise when I am in either park(very little in park) reverse and when in idle. I am wondering if this may be the motor mounts. I am not too sure when the timing belt was last replaced and that is also worrying me. What might be causing that vibration?

MasterOn 1990 to 1996 models, 2.2 Accords Honda recommend replacing the timing belt at 90,000 mile intervals or every 72 months.
