Vibration (driver + passenger side) on 2000 Mercedes-Benz E320

when engine temp. reaches above 90 degree i can feel a horrible vibration , once temp. cooled down vibration disappears !! Any advice pls.

poss water pump or tensioner issues?

Thank's Greg's Orange,, no issue with water pump/tensioner ,, it is like when the cooling fan speed up to the maximum vibration starts , and immediately after 10-30 seconds again this is disappearing and no more vibration.
