Question: Vibration and noise in front end above 50 mph felt through steering column and pedals

have had new tires installed all around but on front end noise and vibration still felt and heard

    Still sounds like a tire balancing issue on the surface. That is my first answer since it happens at the higher speed only.

    You could have front hub issues if it is a 4x4. You could also have hub and bearing issues. You could have front axle shaft issues if it is a 4x4. And finally, you could have a transfer case concern if it's all wheel drive. Especially if you have tires mismatched, or ever did. Or if you replace 2 instead of 4.

    The tiers are probably the problem, you can check by looking your 4X4 in high and see if you still get the vibration. If you do there is more going on.
