vibration on 2000 Ford Ranger

when i turn the steering wheel either way it vibrates bad it doesnt matter if im driving or sitting still it shakes the whole front end, what could be causing this?

Sounds as if you may have a power steering pump issue. Your pump may be failing, the belt may be loose for some reason causing slippage under load of the pump, or you may have a ton of air in your system. Focus there first.

purchased 2 new front tires, balanced and aligned but truck vibrates on xpressway around 68-70mph
...t speed exceeding (60) mph and higher what could this noise be from the truck has new tire, no vibration or steering problems just the loud roar.
when truck go to 40mp and higher a used rear was put in and still does the same nobody can tell me what the problem is.
