vibration on 1993 Pontiac Bonneville

My 1993 Bonneville has a vibration in the steering when I reach highway speeds. The tires are new and the steering is tight. The car has 104,00 miles on it.

It is most likely a tire that is out of balance, perhaps a wheel weight has fallen of causing the imbalance. Check the tire pressures and inspect the wheel rims and tires for signs of damage. Have the tires balanced or rotate the tires front to rear and see if the problem changes.
