If the brake pedal and or steering wheel shakes when braking it is most likely the brake discs in the front are out of true and need to be machined or replaced to cure the problem. The suspension and tires are first checked for wear or damage and then the brake discs are measure for thickness and run out to see if they can be machined or need to be replaced. The heat generated in braking causes brake rotors/disc to warp.
