Hard to describe, sounds like a vibration noise when driving over bumps coming from the rear left side of the car. Only happens when there is less weight in the car, does not happen when its rainy and sometimes sounds like metal on metal when making turns. VERY ANNOYING. not the wheel bearings, not the suspension, I. AM. STUCK.

2007 Mazda Mazda3 Question: Vibrating or rattling noise when driving over ANY bumps. As well as turns

Just replaced mine, it's the trailing arm bushing on rear suspension. Heard it is common problem. Cheap part, fair amount of work. Hardest part is driving old bushing outer piece out and pressing new unit in. Took me around 2 hours each side. New bushing from Autozone around $27 each.
