well i have been going to the dealer for many years now and was getting the feeling that most of my repairs are not needed. so as i am searching the web for shops, landed on a company VFC and right fromn the start they were very polite and not just hear my problems but really listened. the prices are very fair but best of all totally honest. the dealer stated that things on my car are dangerous for me to drive but when VFC looked at them they spotted something more in need that the dealer never saw. great people great servce and just good all around.

This is a great small independent shop esp. if you are a Porsche, VW, Audi or BMW driver. These folks care about cars. They aren't exactly cheap, but they will do the job right. They've done, engine work, suspension, exhaust and brake work on my Audi allroad, and I won't take my car anywhere else. Robin, the service manager, will be honest and will treat you right.

These guys aren't very nice. Brakes squeeked after a brake job. Shop owner maintained a position that he would not warrantee labor, so I would have to pay for his labor to replace the defective pads. We agreed that he would install the parts for free and I would never go there again. I would recommend you avoid these shysters.
