1993 Ford Explorer Question: vehicle won't start

 Rookie

my ford explorer has no fuel or spark....I have change the fuel pump and computer (still no spark or fuel)....the check engine light does not come on (bulb is good)

    This is a prime example of what should not be done. Do not throw parts at a prob like this. The fuel pump will not fix spark and the computer is typically not a problem. You need to have a qualified shop look at what can cause both of these probs at same time like a constant control relay module.

    Perhaps a PCM power relay? Hmm. Unusual situation.

    Very rare for one of these trucks to have a bad PCM but I have seen the relay go bad. We would gladly check it for you if you would like to make an appointment at 770-945-1399.
