2001 Mercedes-Benz E320

Question: Vehicle stop, seized, engibe still running, ABS light came on first

MY wife was driving vehicle yesterday and the ABS light came on and a block further she said teh car just stopped and would not move, then all intsrument panel lights came on, she turned car off and now it will not turn back on. I was able to stick a scewdriver in shifter area to release shifter so it would roll.

    Battery and charging system Should be checked first

    Thanks, I'm thinking I have two problems here, first I think maybe the caliper stuck on and cause it to seize and then maybe batter went dead from her trying to restart it?? after she turned it off.?
