vehicle shuts off while driving on 2003 Ford Expedition

My vehicle shuts off while driving. it loses all power to include power steering. wait for 1 min and vehicle restarts and then sometimes the problem takes days to return.

Highly intermittent stall conditions are very tough to figure out. You need to find out if the fuel is momentarily gone, or the spark, or the air the engine takes in.. Once you figure out which, then you can proceed with a diganosis. Using a diagnostic tool to monitor performance (and presence of spark/fuel/air) is the best method of testing.
