1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager Question: vechicle won't start

haatfinn, 3.0L V6, Sidney, MI, March 21, 2009, 13:17
 Rookie

Battery is good! When you turn the key there is nothing-no panel lights and you can hear a very rapid clicking sound coming from under the steering wheel near the fuses and relays.
have checked the fuses and all seem to be fine. WHATS UP??

    Possibly the ignition switch has failed $65 to $75 for the switch and about 1hour in labor

    It could also be corroded battery cables from battery to starter. I had this problem with my 92 ford explorer.
