van ran out of gas. Gas put in tank but still will not start. This is first time. is there somewhere else fuel could be put like carburetor?

There is no carburetor on this car, so don't have to worry about that. You may have a worn out fuel pump, because if you put in 2-3 gallons of gas the van should start up within 20-30 seconds of trying to start it.

I figured out that our driveway is not level. Once van on level ground shook back bumper up and down a bit and it started right up. Went straight to gas station to fill up.
